2x1MW Ground Mounted Solar Projects Added to The National Grid. 

Two ground mounted solar projects, namely Ceylex Solar Power Kuliyapitiya and Ceylex Solar Power Epaladeniya were commissioned in the presence of the Ceylon Electricity Board on the 17th of February 2023.

Unique design concepts have been incorporated in both solar power plants. The Ceylex Solar Power Epaladeniya plant has been designed to consist of Jinko Solar 535Wp monofacial solar modules, Huawei Solar String Inverters and a combination of three types of mounting structures: fixed tilt, single axis trackers and PEG. The Ceylex Solar Power Kuliyapitiya plant has been designed to consist of the Jinko Solar 535Wp monofacial modules, Huawei Solar String Inverters and fixed tilt mounting structures.
